I've brought us local beef, lamb, and pork, produce from many farms that are familiar to everyone from their presence at the Farmers' Market, honey from island bees, Lopez Creamery ice cream, goat cheese from Quail Croft Farm, coffee from Caffe San Juan, Chicaoji Sauce from Lopez, crackers from San Juan Pasta Company, and High Seas tuna. As we expand and opportunities arise I hope we can draw more of our offerings from the local and regional food shed.
